I hope to do something in Math/Engineering while trying to fit in my love of Arts (aka Costume/Film Studes, Animation, Comics).

I also wish to stay in Canada.

almost all university for the USA and Canada are there
also there is a "college Match"
in wich it ask few questions such as
where do you want your college to be at?
rural, urban?
majors?
etc
and pick you the best match
also you can put you GPA and you latest SAT acore
and it helps you pick a college acording to your level
