Two of my friends are arguing about it. One says they were all 15’s but the other states only the first one was and the rest were 12’s

The box set/ultimate collection is a 15, so at least one must be a 15

All on UK, Region 2, DVDs. I checked different ones for the region 2 and all same the same, even if they have extras or are special editions

anyone seen this. This man is unbelievable. Not only is he married and supposedly following the 10 commandments, but he sees his girlfriend in secret for eight years, gets engaged to her and films it on a dvd.

Kaminey (Hindi: कमीने, translation: Scoundrels) is a 2009 Bollywood film directed by Vishal Bhardwaj featuring Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles. Bhardwaj co-authored the screenplay to a script he bought for $4000 from a Kenyan writer named Cajetan Boy whom he had mentored at a script writing workshop in Uganda.[1] The film was produced by Ronnie Screwvala of UTV Motion Pictures.

Guddu and Charlie (Shahid Kapoor in a double role) are identical twins who have grown up in the streets of Mumbai. Both brothers have a speech impediment Charlie has a lisp, while Guddu stutters in his speech.

Cast

Shahid Kapoor as Charlie Sharma and Guddu Sharma. While Charlie is a bookie at horse-racing and lisps, Guddu works for an NGO for AIDS awareness and stammers. Initially, Saif Ali Khan caused the controversy that the role was initially offered to him and eventually went to Kapoor. Later, Saif sent an apology to Shahid, to which Shahid replied, “If he has said something like that I appreciate it. I have always said that he is a very senior actor. He has been around for much longer than me.”
Priyanka Chopra as Sweety Shekhar Bhope, sister of underworld don, Sunil Shekhar Bhope, and love interest and pregnant with child of Guddu. Priyanka Chopra was initially reluctant to sign up, as she expected that movie would belong to double role playing Shahid Kapoor, but Vishal Bhardwaj convinced her as a challenge. Priyanka Chopra admitted that being a Punjabi girl herself, it was tough to play a simple Maharastrian in the movie. Being a middle-class, college-going girl, she wore minimal make-up.
Amol Gupte as Sunil Shekhar Bhope (Bhope Bhau), a Maharashtrian mafioso with political ambition. Amole Gupte had previously done minor acting assignments, including Ketan Mehta’s Holi. Initially when called up for the role, based on his previous acting jobs, he thought it to be a joke, but subsequently accepted the role.

i have windows vista premium and have downloaded some movies, i would like to convert to dvd but the "convert x to dvd" programme is not doing the job, the programme seems to run ok but there is nothing on the disc when i put it in the player, this has also happened on "win avi converter"leading me to think that there is something wrong with the dvd burner or the user lol, any ideas? please reply in easily understandible language as im not particularly computer literate.

First if I may give you a little information.
Any film that has security or any type of encryption can not be copied without first taking some steps.
Many users are of the opinion that they can just copy a movie, change formats and copy any movie.
I must stress that there are so many factors that affect the coping of DVD’s that the general public are simply not aware of.
Software that is on your computer.
Not all burning software that comes on store bought computers will copy DVD content.
2nd The Format that is chosen on the software also will determine if you can have a successful copy.
3rd the Media you use also has a direct bearing on weather you have a successful burn.
Many users are not aware of the huge difference in the media you purchase, in these areas.
Format, Speed, and Quality or Brand you purchase.
Any one or combintion can and will affect your ability to copy.
The DVD burners that are installed in many computers will also determine if you can in fact copy as well.
All of the information you seek as luck would have it is against the terms of use agreement to discuss on these forums.
That being said, your only option is to self educate yourself in this area using 2 different sites.
One is Wikopedia
Learn the terms that are used and know thee difference.
Google offers all the other information you seek as well.
Be specific, ask your search as a question in the field before hitting the return key.
What you are trying to do requires several steps and normally requires at least 3 seperate pieces of software.
Yes there are several that claim to do this in one step with one piece of software. But, I find that most users are not able to fiqure out how to use the software to accomplish there end result. That is the reason I use more than one, I have never had an issue, ONCE I LEARNED HOW TO DO IT AND WHAT TO USE.

what is an "empty dvd film"?

do you mean the plastic case that individual dvd’s are sold in? the plastic should have a number code stamped on it to identify the general type of plastic it is. you can check with your local recycler whether they accept that kind.

do you mean a "coaster" — a dvd that you burned yourself but had errors and hence is not usable. for failed cd or dvd burns, the discs become useless and hence the term coaster has been applied. (a coaster is a thing you put under a beverage glass to prevent condensation on the glass from getting on the table).

and what do you mean by film? motion picture film? there is no such film in a dvd.
or do you mean the thin film that holds the data?
