Kaminey (Hindi: कमीने, translation: Scoundrels) is a 2009 Bollywood film directed by Vishal Bhardwaj featuring Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles. Bhardwaj co-authored the screenplay to a script he bought for $4000 from a Kenyan writer named Cajetan Boy whom he had mentored at a script writing workshop in Uganda.[1] The film was produced by Ronnie Screwvala of UTV Motion Pictures.

Guddu and Charlie (Shahid Kapoor in a double role) are identical twins who have grown up in the streets of Mumbai. Both brothers have a speech impediment Charlie has a lisp, while Guddu stutters in his speech.

Cast

Shahid Kapoor as Charlie Sharma and Guddu Sharma. While Charlie is a bookie at horse-racing and lisps, Guddu works for an NGO for AIDS awareness and stammers. Initially, Saif Ali Khan caused the controversy that the role was initially offered to him and eventually went to Kapoor. Later, Saif sent an apology to Shahid, to which Shahid replied, “If he has said something like that I appreciate it. I have always said that he is a very senior actor. He has been around for much longer than me.”
Priyanka Chopra as Sweety Shekhar Bhope, sister of underworld don, Sunil Shekhar Bhope, and love interest and pregnant with child of Guddu. Priyanka Chopra was initially reluctant to sign up, as she expected that movie would belong to double role playing Shahid Kapoor, but Vishal Bhardwaj convinced her as a challenge. Priyanka Chopra admitted that being a Punjabi girl herself, it was tough to play a simple Maharastrian in the movie. Being a middle-class, college-going girl, she wore minimal make-up.
Amol Gupte as Sunil Shekhar Bhope (Bhope Bhau), a Maharashtrian mafioso with political ambition. Amole Gupte had previously done minor acting assignments, including Ketan Mehta’s Holi. Initially when called up for the role, based on his previous acting jobs, he thought it to be a joke, but subsequently accepted the role.

I was wondering does anybody can recommend a really good or critically acclaimed independence films, not comedies, but drama, horror, thriller, romance whatever. Thank you.

a really good one is "A simple twist of fate" with Steve Martin in a rare dramatic role, as well as Aiden Quinn. I think it was made by Hallmark but I’m not sure, but its a very good family movie.

If your on Windows it comes with Windows Movie Maker under Programs>accessories

Although many people actually prefer to use something decent like Adobe Premier Pro or Elements or Nero Vision, Ulead Studio etc since Windows Movie Maker is pretty lame.

For Mac you can simply use iMovie08 which is the best in its class.

i really need to find a movie about it because i was assigned a history project on it. does anyone no any movies on it? because ive never heard of this before and i want to watch a movie on it to get my head around it. so if anyone has any clue of any movie on it i would really like to know. Does anyone know any decent sites for downloading films / movies / TV shows for their Nokia / mobile phones.

I have Nokia video manager to convert them into MPEG4 or whatever format the phone uses. I just need to know where i can download the films / movies themselves.

If you mean cameramen, it greatly depends on what you are shooting.
If you are working as the main cameraman on a feature film or a commercial you can easily make over 1,000 dollars a day.
If you are working doing camera for broadcast sports event, talk show or music concert in a good market, you can make at least 500 dollars a day.
Remember that most cameramen are freelance and although the daily rates are decent, most have to pay for thier own health insurance and other expenses.
