It’s not the “clutch pedal” that he’s depressing…it’s the PARKING BRAKE PEDAL. He uses both the parking brake and regular brake pedal to perform power slides. As you state, the car has an automatic tranny, thus no clutch pedal. The e38 uses a pedal for the parking brake instead of a hand brake lever used in earlier generations of 7 series.

Anyone find it a bit weird that a German car company would have the victim be a Jewish Diamond Dealer, who also happens to be a thief and a liar.

But decent film. Though I don’t understand why he has a clutch pedal when he breaks considering the car is automatic.
