Has a film ever inspired an epiphany in you? What is the title of that film?

Several titles, films that have inspired me.
Osama
Waco; The Rules of Engagement
I Have Never Forgotten You(Story of Simon Weisenthal)
Crash is awesome…
There was one movie that sorta inspired me, but more so just left me in complete and utter shock/awe/surprise/inspired/depressed all at the same time.
The movie is about a bunch of different strangers and how each of their lives and actions can directly effect another. It’s an awesome movie – go rent it – you wont be dissapointed.

I wouldn’t call it an epiphany, per se, but "Gang-Bangs 14" was, shall we say, "inspirational"

The Devil’s Rejects, It reinforced my long time held beliefs that you stick with yours despite whatever adversity you may face.

Bowling for Columbine. I don’t trust Michael Moore now, but that was the movie that first got me interested in politics. Also, Center Stage made me realize how much I miss dancing.

Some films are inspiring (e.g. Do the right thing) but only music has ever really had a major impact on me.

Many for many different reasons.
Requiem for a Dream
Big Fish
Harlan County, USA
Jesus Camp (scary, scary stuff)
Too many to list. Not sure if you want to consider some a true epiphany but they have made look at things differently.
I am with Doodlebug….music also moves me more.

I wouldn’t say that any movie ‘inspired an epiphany’ in me. That’s probably because I watch movies as an exceptionally diagreeable sceptic. To the point that sometimes my wife has to remind me that ‘it’s just a movie’. I watch around 2 – 3 movies on a daily basis, that could be an another reason for my callousness. However. there are certain movies that make me feel ‘wow !’. ‘Crash’ was one such movie. It was a total accident that I watched that movie, but in the end I was left with the feeling that that movie should be watched by everyone.
I can’t disagree with DoodlebugJim without lying. Music is very dear to my heart.
Edit – RydeOn – You are right. That movie is a must watch as well.
