What is your favourite Tom Hanks film?

Hi I watched "Big" before and remembered how much I love that film. My favourite Tom Hanks film of all time is "Philadelphia" what’s yours?

My favourite Tom movie is the Green Mile. I think the message attached was amazing!

    Big was a huge favorite of mine too, but I think I would have to say Cast Away. The part with him losing his volleyball Mr. Wilson seriously made me cry!

    Though Big and Philadelphia are really great movies, I would have to say my top 2 Tom Hanks movies would be You’ve Got Mail and Forrest Gump.

    "Castaway" – by far my favorite. He doesn’t speak to anyone, he’s all alone for years — I’m sure there are other actors who could have done it, but he takes the cake on that one! Great casting!

    i dont even have a favorite i like pretty much all of them. but the ones i watch the most are forest gump, saving private ryan, the green mile, and road to predition

    That would have to be "The Money Pitt" for comedy, and a tie for drama between "Forest Gump" and "Castaway".

    I love Tom Hanks too. I would say that Th Terminal is my personal favourite. Only downside is that Catherine Zita Jones is also in it.

    Both are fantastic – can’t really choose between them.

    Most of Tom’s films are great so really really hard choice!

    Forrest Gump, definitely. It’s even my all time favourite film! Lovely story and his acting is great.

    Loved ‘Big’ always makes me cry at the end. Loved him in Sleepless in Seattle but The Green Mile was my favourite…also made me cry! I’m just a big crybaby!!!

    Definitely The Green Mile, with Turner and Hooch second and Big third. It’s weird cos he’s a pretty good actor but he’s also been in possibly the worst film ever made – Joe versus the Volcano. It is so bad it makes me angry!
